Prices for clothing products are displayed on dressesmmrc.com. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account.

5. Shipping and Delivery

V Wine Hong Kong Limited ships products to addresses specified during checkout. Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. V Wine Hong Kong Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return any clothing item within 14 days of receipt for a refund without providing a reason. This is a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must contact V Wine Hong Kong Limited at [email protected] to initiate a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days from the date V Wine Hong Kong Limited receives your returned item. This processing time applies to all refund methods. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. V Wine Hong Kong Limited is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or financial institutions.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must provide photographs of the damage or defect and your order number to [email protected]. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt will be rejected. V Wine Hong Kong Limited will review valid claims and may offer a replacement or refund at its sole discretion.
